living room with American kitchen of 23 m², with a quality convertible sofa of 160x200 cm, bay windows facing south and overlooking a wooden terrace of 16 m² with a superb view of the Lac de Longemer valley.

The kitchen is equipped with the complete crockery kit, gas hobs, coffee maker, compact combi oven (microwave included), and a 177L refrigerator with freezer compartment. TV, ski room, sheets and towels are included in the rental (beds are not made). Cleaning is not included in the price (on request, supplement of 60 €) Villa Longemer accommodates up to 8 people.
